Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Prices of commissions are subject to change based on difficulty.

Please provide clear references for your commission.

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Alts such as different expressions, different outfits, or minor edits are available for an additional fee.

NSFW commissions are available with certain limitations.

You must be 18 years or older to request NSFW commissions.

All characters depicted must also be 18 years or older.

I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable.

NSFW commissions will incur an additional $20 USD fee.

A rough sketch will be provided for approval before payment.

Once the sketch is approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent.

All payments must be made through PayPal invoices only

All prices are in USD ($).

I will not begin working until payment is received.

If payment is not sent within 48 hours, your commission slot may be cancelled.

No chargebacks. Filing a chargeback without contacting me first will result in a blacklist from future commissions.

If I am unable to begin working on the commission after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, you will receive a partial refund based on the commission's progress (e.g., sketch, lineart, rendering).

No refunds will be given once work has progressed beyond the approved sketch stage.

Refunds will be issued through PayPal.

You are allowed 3 revisions during the sketch phase. Major revisions, such as changes to poses and character design must be requested at this time.

After the sketch has been approved, only minor revisions are allowed such as color adjustments, or small detail fixes.

Any major revisions beyond this may incur additional fees.

I will notify you when I start working on your commission.

You will receive updates from me throughout the commission process, such as lineart, rendering, and finishing touches.

The time it takes to complete a commission can vary from 1 week to 3 months, depending on complexity and my schedule

Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution digital image. Please note that no physical product is included.

A .psd file will also be sent upon request.

I retain full copyright of all artwork I create.

I retain the right to post the artwork in my portfolio or on social media for promotional purposes. If you prefer it to remain private, please let me know during or before the commission.

You may not alter, sell, feed into AI (Artificial Intelligence), or claim the commission as your own.

Minting as NFTs or for commercial use is not allowed.

Please credit me when you are posting the artwork on social media.

You may use the artwork for personal purposes only, such as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, or social media posts, unless commercial rights have been purchased.

You may not sell, license, or distribute the artwork commercially.

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

Commercial use is not included by default. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, an additional fee will apply and must be agreed upon before the artwork is used.

Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

Monetized Content: An additional 50% of the base commission price will be added for use in monetized digital content (e.g., YouTube videos, Twitch streams, Patreon posts, etc.).

Merchandise / Products: An additional 100% of the base commission price will be added for use on physical goods or items for sale (e.g., prints, apparel, posters, etc.).
